Beard Transplant in Nagpur
Fill patchy, thin, or asymmetric beard growth with individually placed grafts, matched for texture and angle, performed personally by Dr. Pawan Shahane, M.Ch. Plastic Surgery.
What Is a Beard Transplant?
A beard transplant uses the same follicular unit extraction principles as scalp hair restoration, but the grafts are implanted into the beard, moustache, sideburn, or jawline area to fill patchy growth, correct asymmetry, or build density where natural growth is sparse. Donor grafts are typically taken from the scalp using FUE, chosen and angled to match the coarser texture and growth direction of facial hair.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia as a day-care surgery, with careful graft placement to achieve a natural-looking density gradient rather than an artificial, uniform look.
